Cancellation Policy

Important: Bookings made through OTAs such as Expedia are subject to the cancellation policy of each service.

Cancellation Period	Cancellation Fee
Until 8 days before departure	Free
From 7 days to 1 day before departure	30% of the total amount
On the day of departure	50% of the total amount
After departure	100% of the total amount

If there is no contact more than one hour past the reserved time, it will be treated as a cancellation (100% cancellation fee).
